Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is to provide high-quality products and exceptional service. If you receive a damaged item or an item that does not match your order, please follow the steps below:


Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Return it along with your order number.

  • Once we confirm the issue, we’ll promptly send a replacement.


Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds,

but we do allow size exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Exchanges are processed with applicable transportation fees.

  • Initiate the exchange by emailing us at Support@legendlegancy.com.

  • Ship the product to the address we’ll provide upon acknowledgment.

  • Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Include your name, address, email, and desired size in the parcel.

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

  • Item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, with labels/tags intact in the original packaging.

  • Size exchanges are processed after deducting shipping and COD costs.


Cancellation of Orders

  • Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be canceled within 24 hours by emailing Support@legendlegancy.com.

  • By placing an order, the customer agrees not to dispute Legend Legancy’s decision.


Credit Note for Unavailable Sizes

If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a credit note valid for 30 days for your next purchase.


Partial Order Exchange

  • Eligible products in a multiple-item order can be exchanged.

  • Must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.


Fit Issues

  • If the product doesn’t fit, request a size exchange within 48 hours.

  • If the size is not available, a credit note will be issued.


Non-Acceptance of Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Dissatisfaction with the material, texture, or color.

  • Products are handcrafted, so minor variations are natural.

  • A 10–12% color difference may occur due to lighting and screens.

  • Washed, worn, or used products will not be accepted.

  • Products from the SALE section are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
